Privacy policy

Rush Tour Stats is an independent fan site operated by Ralph Huffnagle. This policy explains how information is handled when you use rushtourstats.com. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@rushtourstats.com.

Browsing and browser storage

You can browse the tour archive without an account. Your browser stores preferences such as your theme, browser-only My Shows selections, tour-guide dismissal, and recent-visit indicators. Signing in does not automatically upload your browser-only show selections; importing those selections is a separate action you choose.

Account sign-in uses browser storage for session credentials. Signing out clears the site's local sign-in session. Clearing browser data removes browser-only preferences and selections, but does not delete information already saved to an account.

Optional accounts and My Shows

If you create an account, Supabase Auth processes your email address, authentication information, and sign-in records. For email/password accounts, Supabase handles password hashing and verification; Rush Tour Stats does not keep a separate plaintext password database.

We store an account identifier and your attendance choices, including deselections, to sync My Shows across devices. These choices are not published as a public profile. Account and show records are accessible to the site's service providers and authorized administration for operating and supporting the service.

If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides basic identity information, which can include your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, name, and profile-image address. Supabase processes this information to create or recognize your account and establish a sign-in session. We use it for authentication, account support, and connecting you to your saved shows.

Basic Google sign-in does not give Rush Tour Stats access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendar, or contacts. We do not use Google account information for advertising or sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Google's authorization through your Google Account connections. Revoking authorization does not automatically delete an existing Rush Tour Stats account; contact us to request deletion.

Sharing is your choice

If you create or share a My Shows link or image, the information included in it is visible to anyone who receives it. Links can contain selected show dates. Recipients may forward links or images, and signing out or changing your selections does not recall copies already shared.

Contact messages

The contact form sends your name, email address, selected category, and message to the site's contact mailbox through Resend. We use that information to respond and address your request. Submission timing and temporary rate-limit records help prevent spam. Do not send passwords, verification links, or other credentials in a contact message.

Analytics and technical records

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the public site for aggregate traffic and feature-usage reports, such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser/device categories, approximate location, and actions such as sharing or downloading. Our feature events do not deliberately include your email, password, or account identifier. Vercel describes this analytics service as cookie-free and based on aggregated data.

Hosting, authentication, and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Their operational records may include IP addresses, request details, timestamps, and errors. Aggregate analytics should not be confused with these operational records.

Service providers and external links

Vercel hosts the public website; Supabase provides authentication and saved-show storage; Resend delivers contact and account emails. The account database is configured in the United States. Providers may process information in other locations according to their own policies. The site also loads public tour information from Google Sheets and fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google's servers.

Links to Spotify, social networks, and other external sites are subject to those services' policies when you visit them. Relevant provider policies: Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Google.

Retention, access, and deletion

Account information and saved-show choices are retained while your account is retained. Browser-only information remains until you change it or clear browser data. Contact correspondence and technical records may be retained to answer requests, maintain security, and address service issues, subject to provider retention practices.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information, email contact@rushtourstats.com from the address associated with the account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. There is not currently a self-service account-deletion button. Deletion from active account storage does not immediately remove copies in provider backups, retained security records, or material you previously shared with others.

We update this page when the site's information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
